Online store products may be returned
for credit or refund within 30 days from date the order was shipped. All returns must be in resalable condition with
all
packing and in original boxes. There is a 15% restocking fee on all
returns.
No refunds are available for LogoMats after the proof is approved
and order is printed. Orders for LogoMats may be cancelled at any time
before printing
All returns must include a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) on
the return shipping label.. To get an RMA# e-mail your request
to
RMA@carsusa.com with the order # in the subject line.
Please allow 10 business days for your
return to be processed once it has
arrived at the warehouse.
If you request a replacement, we will
ship your replacement after we receive
and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right
away,
we suggest you request an RMA for credit and place a new order..
